The amount collected so far from the sale of Gaye’s materials is £585 which will be given to her sons and donated to Cancer Research.

After the notices were read we displayed our Mini-Makes and explained how we made them, it was great to see such a wide selection of items to inspire us to have a go at making them ourselves. If you have any instruction to share can you please let Eileen have them, she will email to the group. A gentle reminder we will need Mini – Makes for our Tombola at our Quilt Exhibition later this year.
After tea Claire issued two more Blocks of the Month to keep you busy in the coming month.
Jill informed us she had another 49 Linus Quilts to give to Liz.
Next month will be an open meeting our Speaker is Sarah Campbell, “Aspects of my working Life” Betty told us about this very talented lady, it should be a very interesting talk, please remember to bring your friends and family.
Happy sewing Ladies see you next month.
