I arrived at the meeting on Tuesday and I had remembered that SQ would be in the church and not in the usual hall. The church worked well as a meeting space.
I also remembered to sign up for Linda Mercer's workshop in April.
I have only been a member since June, and every month I have met new SQers. I think it is going to take a while to remember names and I really appreciate the name badges.
As a table, we did talk about our squishy Christmas presents. Mine is now in the pile of things that I need to think about.
Clare gave out the challenges for 2019. We did compare the colours that we received in our 'paint chip challenge' envelopes. Just cutting out the butterfly block looks like a challenge.
I had a lovely evening, met some more lovely people and I am looking forward to my new sewing challenges.
