Nicola's Fabrics - by Eileen

What a  lovely shop to visit!  Light and bright and shelves full of beautiful fabrics.  Nicola and a member of her staff were working in the shop when I visited, I was welcomed and invited to look around as much as I wanted to - no appointments necessary here (September 2020) as there are in some places.  It was nice being able to take my time and not hurry.  They have an extensive range of Lewis and Irene fabrics, amongst others, those bundles of fat quarters are so tempting and when we have all been at home for so long starved of actual fabric shopping, it would have been silly to have left "that bundle" on the shelf, 17 fat quarters and I am wondering what to make, I also purchased a couple of metres of one fabric in the bundle to be sure to have some for sashing and/or border. 

The Christmas fabrics were on show and available on the bolt or pre cut lengths.  They stock Gutermann threads and have an extensive range of haberdashery and patterns.

The shop is located at the top of the town at 26 St Thomas Street, Lymington, Hampshire SO41 9NE, I found parking very close by behind Marks and Spencer.
